The Memorial Day weekend conference is usually held on the coast in Western Oregon. This conference is designated as a mission conference, emphasizing fulfilling the great commission. The conference begins at 7 pm on Friday and ends at noon on Monday. The weekend is filled with prayer, fellowship, keynote messages, and missionary reports. Afternoons are open for personal fellowship, group evangelism, and recreational opportunities. In the evenings, we have open meetings, allowing all to participate. It is a great time to come together, hear from the Lord Jesus, and edify one another.
This year we will be limiting the number of conference attendees to 400 people. We are also going to have a firm deadline for registration. That deadline will be May 9, 2026. We are doing this so that we don’t overbook. Registrations after the quota has filled will be put on a waiting list to be notified of cancellations.
